A Russian drone attack in the southern Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv has killed five people and injured one woman, according to Governor Vitalii Kim on Monday.
The attack damaged multiple residential buildings, and fires in two buildings were extinguished. Ukrainian forces reportedly shot down five Russian drones in the area.
In Zaporizhzhya, a southeastern city, Russian bombing raids killed one person and injured 21 others, with at least three glide bombs hitting the city, according to the region’s military governor, Ivan Fedorov.
Ukraine has been under a full-scale Russian invasion since February 2022.
