The fate of Obiora Agbasimalo in the upcoming Anambra governorship election is unknown as he is still in den of kidnappers just few days to the election.

It was gathered that the politician has been in the custody of his abductors five weeks after he was kidnapped.

The politician was kidnapped on Saturday, September 18, while leaving a campaign ground at Ezinifitte Nnewi South Local Government Area to Azhia in Ihiala Local Government Area of the state.

The event came a week after the former banker flagged off his governorship campaign in Onitsha with a huge attendance.
