Philadelphia string players are planning two candlelight vigils for violinist Elijah McClain

The 23-year-old violinist died last year after police in Aurora, Colo., placed him in a carotid hold and paramedics injected him with ketamine. The vigils are planned for 8 p.m. July 15 at Malcolm X Park and 8 p.m. July 17 at the Art Museum steps.
